The objects purchased on the ADITTY IBIZA online shop (www.adittyibiza.com) will be posted via courier service NACEX within 24-48 hours. The delivery times are the following:
Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 1-2 working days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2-3 working days. Rest of Europe: 5 working days.
The orders are prepared when the payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 10.30 to 19.30.
The orders made outside these times will be prepared the following working day. There will be no shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Festive days. When placing an order, if you are outside the European Union please take into account that you ar e responsible for the payment of customs tax.
The cost of each shipping will be automatically calculated and detailed at the moment of confirming your order, just before confirming the payment, and it will depend mainly on the destination.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To proceed to the devolution of an article acquired in ADITTY IBIZA online shop (www.adittyibiza.com), you must do the following:
- Request a return by mail to email@example.com within 7 working days following the reception of the product, describing the reason of the devolution.
- The articles must be returned:
a) In its original condition, together with any accessory that came with the same, not being able to be used or damaged.
b) With its original labels.
c) In its original and complete packaging.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?
To return an article bought from Aditty Ibiza (www.adittyibiza.com) you only have to contact with the courier company or the Post Office and send us the article to the address stated above.
The postal costs will be payable by the client who wishes to return the article. If the article is damaged, Aditty Ibiza will assume the total cost of the postage for its exchange and/or return.
WE TAKE PICTURES FROM EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE ORDERS THAT WE SEND IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY PROCESSED AND TO BE ABLE TO CHECK IN CASE ANY TROUBLE OR CONFUSSION ARISES.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN?
Once the return has been done, you will receive the amount through the same paying method you used.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN?
When we check that the articles are in perfect condition and with the adequate labels, you will receive an email confirming the amount that will be returned to your account.

WHY COULD MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD BE DECLINED?
Your debit/credit card could be declined for one of the following reasons:

CAN I GET AN INVOICE ON THE NAME OF MY COMPANY?
If you need a bill on the name of your company, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your VAT registration number, company name, address and telephone. It is convenient to request the invoice when you place your order.
CAN I REQUEST TAX-FREE?
Sorry, it is not possible given that Tax Free is only applicable to products bought in a physical shop and therefore are transported/shipped by the same buyer.
